IT Show 2025 Spend & Redeem Promotion - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• The Spend and Redeem Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to all shoppers who make qualifying purchases at IT Show 2025.

• Employees of Constellar Exhibitions, participating vendors, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

2. How to Participate:

• Participants must accumulate a minimum spend of $500 within a maximum of 3 receipts from purchases made on the same day to qualify for the Promotion.

• Receipts must be dated within the same day of redemption and issued by participating vendors at IT Show 2025.

• Each eligible participant is entitled to participate in this Promotion only once per day, regardless of the total purchase amount that day.

• Only original printed receipts and e-receipts are accepted. Duplicates, photocopies, digital photos/images of receipts or handwritten receipts will not be accepted.

• Receipts used to redeem other promotions may not subsequently be used for the Promotion, and vice versa.

3. Redemption Process:

• Participants must visit the Spend & Redeem Booth located at IT Show 2025 to submit their receipts and furnish the required information.

• The Spend & Redeem Booth will operate from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM daily during the event.

• Redemptions are limited to 250 per day, on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

4. Voucher Terms & Usage:

• Each eligible participant will receive a $10 Challenger voucher upon successful redemption.

• The voucher can only be used at Challenger Booths located on Level 3 of IT SHOW 25.

• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or used in conjunction with other offers, discounts, or promotions.

• The Event Organisers and Challenger reserve the right to reject any voucher deemed to be tampered with, damaged, or invalid.

5. General Conditions:

• The Event Organisers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.

• In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Event Organisers will be final and binding. No further correspondence regarding the Promotion, these Terms, or any decision made by the Event Organisers in connection therewith and/or the results will be entertained. The Event Organisers reserve the right to determine an outcome and act as they deem fit in any dispute and/or issues relating thereto.

6. Publicity & Marketing Consent:

• By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to allow the Event Organisers to capture photos and/or videos of them upon prize redemption.

• The Event Organisers reserve the right to use these images and videos for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, event videos, digital marketing, and other communication channels.

7. Data Privacy:

• By participating, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal information by the Event Organisers for the purposes of this Promotion.

• Collection of any personal data by Constellar Exhibitions for this Promotion is strictly for their own business requirements.

 8. Limitation of Liability:

• The Event Organisers will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this Promotion or the use of any redeemed items.
